About the downloads

AyeDu’s download library includes a planning timeline checklist, a fillable budget worksheet, a guest travel and logistics task sheet, a vendor comparison guide and a wedding planning questionnaire, with a day-of timeline template coming soon. The first file downloads with no form.

When should I start a wedding checklist?

Many couples begin planning about twelve months before the wedding, but the right timeline depends on the location, venue availability, guest travel, the season and the number of events. Multi-event weddings may need more lead time, because each event books its own venue and vendors. If you are inside six months, work backwards from the bookings with the longest lead time.

A working checklist is ordered by booking lead time, not by category. Venue, photographer and caterer go first because they book out furthest ahead. Attire, stationery and florals follow. Guest list, seating and the run of show come last. Multi-event weddings need the whole sequence repeated per event.

Not for the first file. After that we ask once, and the rest of the library stays open on that device. We do not send anything you did not ask for, and the templates work offline once downloaded.

They are PDFs. The budget worksheet is a fillable PDF you can type into and save; the checklist, travel task sheet, vendor comparison guide and questionnaire print cleanly and can be filled in by hand. For a budget, guest list or timeline that updates per event as you plan, use the AyeDu tool linked from each card.
