Why AyeDu

Not every wedding vendor is the right wedding vendor

Finding a photographer is easy. Finding one who understands a baraat, a Hindu ceremony, a Jewish hora, a Nigerian traditional wedding or a multi-day celebration is different.

Tradition-aware

Listings name the traditions each vendor has worked, and that is what you filter by.

Wedding-aware

Vendors see your date, guest count, events and budget band before they reply, so the first quote is a real one.

Connected

Quotes, contracts and deposits stay in the same plan as your guests, budget and timeline.

How it works

From shortlist to booked

Save vendors

Shortlist the vendors who fit your traditions, city, date and budget.

Send your wedding brief

Date, guest count, events and budget band, sent once to everyone on the shortlist.

Compare responses

Quotes and availability side by side, in one thread per vendor.

Book

Contracts and payments stay connected to your wedding plan.

Browse, message and book in the app

The full marketplace lives in AyeDu on your phone: saved vendors, quotes, contracts and payments in one thread.

For couples

Vendors who fit the wedding you are actually planning

For vendors

Get discovered by couples looking for what you do

Transparent marketplace

No pay-to-rank. No hidden markup.

Search results are based on relevance to your wedding, not on how much a vendor pays. Vendors list for free and pay a commission only on confirmed bookings, and nothing is marked up between their quote and your invoice.

Common questions

Finding the right vendor

AyeDu’s marketplace lists wedding vendors tagged by the traditions they have worked, not only by service category. Couples filter caterers, florists, photographers, musicians and venues by ceremony type, city, date and budget band, so specialists surface instead of getting lost on page four.

How do I find vendors who have worked my tradition?

Filter the directory by ceremony type rather than by service category alone. Each listing names the traditions the vendor says they have worked, so you can screen a caterer who has run a 400-guest sangeet from one who has not before you spend a single inquiry on them.

Filter the marketplace by city, then narrow it by service, tradition, date and budget band. Each listing shows the vendor’s service area, so you only contact vendors who work where your wedding is.

Yes. Listings carry a starting price band, and you can filter by budget band to screen for fit before you send an inquiry.

Yes. Look for vendors who have worked both of your traditions, such as a caterer with halal and kosher kitchens or a photographer who covers a traditional ceremony and a white wedding as one story.

Yes. Save vendors to a shortlist, send each one the same brief, and compare their quotes and availability side by side.

Yes. Messages, quotes, contracts and deposits stay in one thread per vendor inside your plan, so nothing gets lost in personal inboxes.

A brief with your date, guest count, budget band and the ceremonies involved, sent before they reply so their first quote is a real one. They do not see your full guest list, your total budget, or the other vendors you have contacted.

Only on confirmed bookings, when they get paid. Listing is free. Search results are based on relevance to your wedding, not on how much a vendor pays, and nothing is marked up between their quote and your invoice.

Start from the For vendors page and build a listing with your portfolio, services, service area, price bands and the traditions you have worked.

Couples filter by tradition, city, date, service and budget band, so your listing surfaces for the weddings that match what you do rather than for every search.

Listing is free. AyeDu takes a commission only on bookings confirmed through the platform, when the payment lands, so there is nothing to pay upfront.

Yes. Add every service you offer to one listing, so couples searching for any of them can find you.

Add them to your listing. Each tradition you name appears on your profile, and it is what couples filter by when they search.
