What We Built and Why
Once we had our hearts set on creating a platform to make wedding planning stress-free, we spoke to couples and planners and iterated over and over again. The shareable mood board was a wish list item shared by Miriam at Miriam Photography. The Sticky Notes section was suggested by Erum at L3 Event Planning. The customisable features were requested by Priya at Wedding LLC, and the wedding timeline was designed after multiple iterations suggested by Therese at Electric Karma. So what we have today is an amalgamation of suggestions, wish lists, and requests.
None of these are features we added because they looked good on a list. They are features we built because real people needed them and nothing else was solving the problem.
What AyeDu Does
AyeDu is an all-in-one wedding planning platform and online wedding organiser. Couples use it to build checklists, track budgets, manage guest lists, create timelines, and find vendors. Planners use it to manage multiple client weddings from a single professional dashboard. Vendors use it to list their services, send proposals, and connect with couples who are already looking for exactly what they offer.

Most wedding planning platforms and apps serve one audience. AyeDu connects all three. A couple can invite their planner and open up the full plan or a planner can invite a couple. Vendors can receive briefs, send quotes, and track approvals in real time. Families can collaborate on guest lists and timelines without stepping on each other.
That connection is the product. The tools are what make it work.
Why We Built AyeDu
AyeDu was built from a personal experience. Vineet and Vinita Gupta got married on 11/20/1995. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, except their love and two children.
The timeline ran over. The budget was skewed. Expectations were mismanaged and communication broke down. From that day, Vinita has been on a mission to create a platform that allows couples and families to come together, plan with clarity, and start their new life the right way.
